TerraTec Electronic is a young, dynamic company with its head office in Nettetal on the Lower Rhine ¡V not far from the major cities of Dusseldorf and Monchengladbach and very close to the Dutch city of Venlo. In a few years, it has grown to be the largest German sound card manufacturer.

TerraTec designs and markets sound cards, MP3-CD-Player, WebCams, TV- and Video cards and other multimedia products. Using EWS technology, it has set its own standards in the sound card market. The company is also active in the fields of PC speech recognition and Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB).

TerraTec has experienced dramatic growth since it was founded in the summer of 1994. The company now employs 60 people, who generated sales of DM 43 million in the last financial year .

Further expansion is planned, with the emphasis increasingly on developing foreign business ¡V firstly via the offices which have already been set up in the Netherlands (for Benelux), Denmark (for Scandinavia), Great Britain, Spain, France, Italy, Asia, Eastern Europe/CIS and the close sales partnership in the USA, and secondly by developing our Nettetal sales department, in order to provide better support for our sales partners in additional countries.
